Hangnail - An Apology
Its hard to take the blame, but sometimes credits due.
Its easier to rearrange whats wrong from what is true.
The focus is not on you.
What part I could have had.
Im sorry if I messed things up, I wasnt meaning to.
And I realize now it doesnt matter how.
Im responsible for my actions and yours are up to you,
and I realize now I cant be the judge.
If only I can see the wrong youve done,
then the wrong should be on me.
The circumstantial disagreements that we face,
are better when the truth about them doesnt get misplaced.
My senseless rational kicks in and takes control.
The words I spoke are said and done theyre meaningless the same.
